About 

Fitness is vital for everyone's health, yet the fitness world can often seem like a place where not everyone is welcome. Marketing and social media suggests you must look a certain way or be a certain kind of person to attend a Pilates class. It suggests Pilates will make you look like some idealised other person, rather than a healthier version of yourself. Pilates has been part of my regime ever since I was a little girl following a Pilates DVD with my mum in our living room. I decided to turn this hobby into a career so I could help people feel comfortable getting fit and feeling good in their own bodies. Everyone can benefit from Pilates. It is known to help increase mobility and flexibility, improve core strength and stability, and boost your overall sense of wellbeing. You don't need to wait to buy a matching gym set, you can start now.

I am a qualified level 3 mat Pilates instructor. Qualifications in advanced teaching, and pre and post natal exercise are pending, so please note these services are not currently available. 

Services

I currently have one group class available per week, with plans to add more to the schedule soon- so watch this space! If you would benefit more from private classes, or perhaps you want to bring the benefits of Pilates into your workspace, I can provide those services too.  

Pilates at Miller's Way Project

These mixed ability Pilates classes are held on Wednesdays at 8am at the Miller's Way Project W6 7NH. The venue is a short walk away from both Goldhawk Road and Shepherd's Bush tube stations, ideal for getting your Pilates fix before heading off for work. 

1:1 Teaching

Workplace Pilates

Pilates is a fantastic addition to a workplace's wellbeing program. The Pilates method's emphasis on breath, concentration, and the mind body connection, is great for restoring energy in the busy working day, boosting productivity and morale. You don't even need any fancy new facilities- simply bring yourself and a mat, push the desks to one side, and you're ready to go.
